More than 600,000 refugees have crossed the Aegean Sea to Greece this year, most fleeing the conflicts in Syria and Afghanistan. Many arrive soaked, exhausted and traumatized. They have escaped the horrors of war, but still face another leg of an arduous journey further into Europe.
