Shortly after a peace plan was agreed for the Central African Republic (CAR) in May 2015, the International Rescue Committee surveyed people across the country whose lives had been turned upside-down by years of sectarian violence. The conflict has resulted in over 6,000 deaths and left 2.7 million people in need of emergency assistance.
