As violence continues in Burundi following President Pierre Nkurunziza’s contested reelection bid, over 111,000 Burundians − most of them women and children − have fled to neighboring countries. Some 50,000 have been stranded in a tiny Tanzanian fishing village as they try to reach the safety of a refugee camp. International Rescue Committee aid workers in Tanzania are providing support during the refugees' arduous journey.
