The IRC is saddened to report that La Say Paw, a laboratory technician with the IRC’s refugee partner organization, the Karenni Health Department, was killed on March 22 in the blaze that took the lives of 36 others and injured over 200 in the Ban Mae Surin refugee camp in northwest Thailand.
