Syrians in Arbat camp in northern Iraq huddled near polling stations early Tuesday morning to vote in camp elections. The event, organized by the International Rescue Committee, will allow the camp’s 5,000 refugees from the four-year Syrian civil war to elect representatives to address their concerns.
