The International Rescue Committee has started to reconstruct destroyed water pipes, bathing facilities and latrines after a fire whipped through the Ban Mai Nai Soi camp on the Thailand-Myanmar border on Dec. 28.
The International Rescue Committee has started to reconstruct destroyed water pipes, bathing facilities and latrines after a fire whipped through the Ban Mai Nai Soi camp on the Thailand-Myanmar border on Dec. 28.
IRC teams are also clearing land in order to rebuild the houses of some 100 Burmese refugees, as well as providing counseling services to around 20 families who lost everything in the blaze.
